Welcome to Your American Flag Store. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Made-to-Order Products

100% of our flags are Made to Order. Each flag is handcrafted specifically for the customer who places the order and is not mass-produced or kept as standard inventory.

Because our flags are made specifically for each customer, orders require dedicated materials, labor, and production time.

2. Order Fulfillment & Production Times

Our flags are handcrafted in Tennessee and are made to order.

Estimated fulfillment time is approximately 3–8 weeks from the date an order is placed.

The actual production time may vary depending on the size, design, customization, complexity, quantity, and current production volume of the order.

Some simpler flags may be completed sooner, while highly detailed, customized, or complex designs may require additional production time.

The 3–8 week timeframe refers to production and fulfillment and does not necessarily include shipping or carrier transit time.

We appreciate your patience while our craftsmen create your one-of-a-kind flag. Because each flag is individually made, production times should be considered estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 3 days of purchase.

For cancellations made within the 3-day cancellation period, we will provide a full refund, provided the order has not already been completed and shipped.

After the initial 3-day cancellation period, orders may be subject to a 10% restocking Fee.

This is how we Guarantee the highest quality flags available anywhere, there are NO Exception to this rule.
