Terms of service

Because every flag is made for each individual customer, all our flags are started within 24 hours of the order being placed, we CAN NOT cancel ANY flag orders.  There will be a 30% cancelation charge to cover both material & labor already invested in starting a flag. 

This is how we Guarantee the highest quality flags available anywhere, there are NO Exception to this rule.
