Return & Cancellation Policy

Because every flag we sell is Made to Order, each flag is handcrafted specifically for the customer who places the order. For this reason, we have established the following return and cancellation policy:

Cancellations Within 3 Days

Customers may cancel their order within 3 days of purchase for a full refund, provided production of the flag has not already been completed.

Cancellations After 3 Days

Orders canceled more than 3 days after purchase are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

This fee helps cover the labor, materials, and production costs already invested in creating your custom, made-to-order flag.

What Happens to a Canceled Flag?

Since our flags are made specifically for each customer, we do not simply return canceled flags to inventory. If production has already begun, we will complete the flag and donate it to a charitable organization that provides flags to members or families of the Armed Forces and First Responder communities.

That means your canceled order can still have a meaningful purpose: a flag made for one home can ultimately find its way to a hero or a hero's family.
